About Us

Established in January 2009 helena's baby beads, llc is located in the seacoast area of New Hampshire. We are a privately owned company and are co-owned by two families who work as a team for success.

The mission of helena's baby beads, llc is to offer high quality baby bracelets that may be worn by both girls and boys.

The concept of baby bracelets is not a new one.  However after traveling to the southwest Julie was amazed by the baby jewelry.  Having grown up in New England where baby jewelry is not as popular, Julie decided to make bracelets for her friend's babies.  After making bracelets for Helena and seeing the public's reaction the two women decided that it was a great product to offer to customers in the New England region.

People were so excited about the baby bracelets that they began to request braclets for adults.  Julie and Kris discovered that many people were curious about beading, but did not necessarily want to make beading a hobby. So began the making of bracelets to order for larger children and for the adults.

 Julie & Kris are two moms with a total of six children ranging in ages from 2 to 20 years old.  Together they wanted to launch a company that would allow all members of each family an opportunity to share in the science and art of business.  

In the summer of 2009 the two women purchased a sizable kit of beads and Julie along with her children took the kit to trade shows and outdoor markets. (Helena was too little to travel at this time.) People from all over the United States and Canada were able to design one-of-a-kind jewelry for unBEADable prices.

On February 12,  2010 "All Beads Considered" opened its doors to the public. This 300 square foot shop now services customers from all over the world as they visit the beautiful little seacoast town of Exeter, New Hampshire. The space is shared by KLMeier Design, a company owned and opperated by Kristine. This fusion of business in the unique retail space allows for "All Beads Considered" to offer southwest prices to New England shoppers!

Julie DiCarlo earned her BS in computer information systems with a concentration in Amarketing and advertising from SNHU in 2002. That year she received a scholarship to continue on with her masters at SNHU Graduate School of Business, Manchester, NH. In 2005 Julie earned her MBA with a focus on small business ownership, marketing and information technology.  Julie achieved all these goals while homeschooling her three children AND driving a school bus for her local high school. Julie is also a talented photographer and will only shoot photos for families that she knows.

Kristine Meier earned her BA in graphic design with minors in drawing and marketing from Webster University in 1993.  Kristine has an impressive RAP sheet of gaming credits as an art director and graphics designer. She has worked on branding, marketing, advertising, packaging, and product penetration for many major companies. Kristine has even designed art assets for major movie titles such as Independence Day, Godizilla, Tarzan; Lord of the Jungle (made for tv), Mars Attacks, and Casper.  Kristine's credits as an art director include but are not limited to, packaging for Backyard Sports, Dora the Explorer, Thomas & Friends, Star Castles, N-Sync, Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, Frogger 2, Risk: Global Domination, Civilization 3, Scrabble, I Dream of Jeannie Doll, Swarovoski 2006 Rockerfeller Center Christmas Promotion & Catalog, Kurig Coffee Display, Network Health and New balance, to name JUST a few. Her online portfolio may be viewed at www. klmeier.com!

All bead sales are final. Euro charms may be refunded within 5 days of purchase with a receipt present.
